Whats new in version 4.2.2:
- Full support for Windows 8 OS and minor bug fixes
Publisher review:Winclone enables its users to quickly image a Windows installed in Boot Camp and migrate to a new Mac, with just a couple of mouse clicks.
Moreover, if you have bought a new Mac and want to move your Windows installation from your PC, Winclone will enable you to transfer it, together with all of your data and apps to Boot Camp.
Additionally, you will also be able to easily transfer Winclone images and Boot Camp partitions between your Macs, over the network. In order to do that, all that you have to do is to connect them to the same local area network.
Furthermore, Winclone is very fast on multi-core processors and it has the capability to automatically distribute the workload to all your Macs processors.
Winclone app can be used within large environments and is compatible with all major client management vendors. If you know how to deploy a package to your network's clients, then you will also know how to deploy a Boot Camp partition (a detailed guide on how to it can be found on the "Deploy Boot Camp as a package" support page).
Winclone also comes with support for both Windows 7, 8 and 8.1, and, as an added advantage, it is also fully backward compatible with any images created using Winclone 3.
Operating system:Mac OS X 10.7 or later
